Ow, My Knees!

I think I must be exercising wrong because my knees have been really hurting me lately.  Maybe “hurting” isn’t the right word; but they’ve been noticeably sore, especially when I use my leg muscles to do things like squat.  Strangely, normal leg related activities, like walking, I can do just fine without pain.
