Sharks Out in Round One
I’d say I can’t believe that the Sharks got knocked out of the playoffs with only one win to their credit, except that with how they’d been playing I can easily believe it. It felt like they got noticeably worse with every trade they made this past season. At least it’s baseball season now.

Meditation and Focus
I need to learn how to meditate and stay focused. As it stands, my mind is so all over the place that I’m even getting impatient that the first quarter of my ultra-short book on Zen is all about its history. It’s a nice, rainy day today, though. A good day to sit quietly.
